Classes

We are open Monday to Friday throughout the Vale with clubs at Barry, Dinas Powys, Sully, Wenvoe, Rhoose, and Llantwit Major. We also have sister clubs in Cardiff & Cowbridge.

Our classes are divided into age groups (including family friendly sessions) with the option of private tuition.

About Us

JSTKD Martial Arts & Fitness was founded by Head Instructor Joseph Schembri. Since it’s creation the club has grown in size and success. The instructors at JSTKD Martial Arts & Fitness are constantly improving the curriculum, creating a dynamic form of Tae Kwon Do and fitness. The result is true martial arts with no limits!
